At Christ Fellowship, we’re passionate about equipping leaders to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives. Whether you are in vocational ministry or work in the marketplace, we want to help you increase your influence. 

Leadership College is a ten-month program designed to help you become the leader God has called you to be. Our faculty prepares excellent leadership content while also making the material interactive and providing practical ways for students to apply what they are learning. Leadership College is also a shared learning experience, with each student being placed in a “cadre” that will help you grow in your relationship with God and others.

Leadership College is divided into three semesters of learning:

SELF-LEADERSHIP

This Self Leadership semester will equip you to understand yourself better, manage priorities effectively, and build strong team relationships. Learning objectives include:

• Strengthening Relational Intelligence
• Priority Management & Goal Setting
• Servant Leadership
• Empowering Others

BIBLICAL STUDIES & THEOLOGY
The Biblical Studies & Theology semester is designed to help you grow and mature in your knowledge of God’s Word. Learning objectives include:

• Understand & Communicate the “Big Story” of Scripture
• Articulate the Core Teachings of Jesus
• Identify & Explain Paul’s Primary Theological Concepts
• Understand an Overview of Hermeneutics
• Articulate Foundational Doctrines of Systematic Theology
• Identify & Explain Key Historical Periods in the Church

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
The Organizational Leadership semester is designed to help you lead at a higher level in your job or organization. Learning objectives include:

• Trust & Conflict
• Leading Change
• Managing Budget, Staff & Resources
• Winning at Home and at Work
