Books of the Bible Challenge

CFKids is excited to present a song written by CF Worship - and it's all about the books of the Bible!  Here is a series of challenges for your family to tackle. (Sneak Peek: The ultimate challenge is to memorize all sixty-six books, so keep that in mind as you go!)
WEEK 1 CHALLENGE:  We want to see your moves! As a family, film a catchy video showcasing your most creative choreography to the chorus of the song. Click this link to see an example. When your video is complete, upload it to social media and tag @cf.kid.

WEEK 2 CHALLENGE:  This week, your challenge is to memorize the books of the Old Testament. To test your skills, print out the names of the books provided at this link, cut them up, and work together to put them in order. You can attach them to cups or blocks, create a shape, or line them up. Whatever you do, have fun! When you're finished, upload a picture to social media and tag @cf.kid. (Feeling creative? Film a timelapse instead - check out this example!) 

WEEK 3 CHALLENGE:  This week, your challenge is to memorize the books of the New Testament. To test your skills, download, and print (click here!) these New Testament cards. Shuffle them up and work together to put them in order as you work on memorizing the New Testament books! To take the challenge to the next level, add cup stacking by writing the names on plastic cups and stacking them in order. Watch a tutorial by clicking here! WEEK 4 FINAL WEEK CHALLENGE:  It's the final week of our Books of the Bible Challenge! This week, you'll be testing your knowledge of all of the books. Click here to review the names of all the books. Grab a ball and stand in a circle as a family. Take turns passing the ball back and forth. As you pass it, say the books of the Bible in order! You're welcome to jump into this challenge at any time.  It's always a good time to become more familiar with God's Word, and discover that we are a part of God's Big Story.  This challenge is a great way to do that!  Have fun!
